Riverside Remodel

Above are some before and demo shots of the master bath.  We’re totally gutting the space and moving walls to create a larger, more open feel. In order to make room, we’re relocating a furnace into the attic space, moving the toilet into it’s own water closet where the furnace used to be and turning the space that once housed the toilet and shower into a more roomy shower space. The door that led into the shower and toilet area was removed and given a glass door to provide that open feel.

And here are the finish shots. As you can see. It was a total transformation. Heated towel bar, his and her vanity, framed mirrors, large shower, can lighting. If you like what you see, we would love to work with you to create your dream bathroom.

Here is phase 2 of the project, the kitchen. This 80’s style kitchen needs a face-lift. We’re going to be updating it with a contemporary spin on an old-world style.

As you can see we’ve demoed the cabinets already and have redone some of the electrical. We also removed the soffit to open up the ceiling. We’ll highlight the ceiling and walls with new sconces and upper cab lighting.

The sheetrock went up by Rex of R. Cooper Drywall, who does fantastic work. The dusty work is behind us now.

The tile is starting to be set. The Kitchen has a dark gray urban landscape tile along with the laundry room.
